- Sprint Backlog: a list of tasks that the team commits to completing during a specific sprint. These tasks are selected from the product backlog based on priority defined by the Product Owner.
Using Trello for project management
Trello is an online project management tool that allows you to organize and track tasks visually. It uses a system of boards, lists, and cards to represent projects, tasks, and development stages. Trello is a flexible tool that can be easily adapted to different management methodologies, including Scrum.
To use Trello in the context of Scrum, you can create boards to represent the different Scrum artifacts, such as the product backlog, the sprint backlog, and the current sprint board. The lists within each board can represent development stages, such as “To Do,” “In Progress,” and “Done.” The cards within each list can represent specific tasks that need to be completed.
